The product was easy to work with, just what I expected. But most importantly to me, it arrived quickly. When I placed my order Saturday/Sunday I didn't have much hope that I would get it before a 7-10 with just normal shipping; not a big deal because I was waiting on HEPA filters from another company to use together. Well my Nevermore Carbon arrived by mid-week after placing my order and I had to waited patiently for another week for my filters. Communication from order to delivery, I was more than informed.

Still waiting

Maybe not a good idea to ask for a review while the customer is still waiting for delivery? Order confirmed on March 17. Apparently UPS didn't get package until 28th. Now apparently stuck in Jacksonville.

I reviewed the order and its fulfillment timeline. Unfortunately, this was one of the orders affected by a faulty shipping label printer. It took us a few days to realize that several orders weren’t moving and needed to be reshipped, which caused the delay.

We normally pride ourselves on faster shipping, and we apologize for this inconvenience. To make it right, we’ve sent over a gift card for the value of the item. If UPS does not deliver by Friday, we will overnight a replacement shipment.

Cures headaches

I print a lot of ABS, and the smell has been bothering me lately. I started putting filters in my machines (HEPA and carbon), and they completely removed the styrene stench.
