1. Return Window
You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
For pre-sale or made-to-order items, returns are accepted.
Fabreeko does not charge any restocking fees.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Returned items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable:

Custom-made or personalized products

DIY kits once assembled

Clearance items

Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, use our automated returns portal by logging into your Account and finding the order you want to return.

A pre-paid return label will be provided for defective or incorrectly shipped orders.

For non-defective returns, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with clear photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate and offer a refund or replacement.
5. Exchanges
To request an exchange, please open a ticket in our Discord.
Customers are responsible for:

6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

Credit/Debit Cards: Typically processed within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank)

7. Lost-in-Transit or Delivery Issues
If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your order:

If needed, we may offer a replacement shipment.

If the original item arrives later, we’ll request its return with Fabreeko covering the shipping.
8. International Returns
International returns are handled at our discretion. In most cases:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the return process will also be the customer’s responsibility.
Please contact us before returning any items internationally to receive authorization and further instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
