Fabreeko Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Pre-sale items: These are shipped within 5 business days of receiving all items. If your cart includes both pre-sale and in-stock items, in-stock fulfillment can be requested by joining our discord.

  • During high-volume periods or facility closures, processing may take longer. We’ll communicate any delays via Website updates.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Select your preferred shipping method at checkout. We reserve the right to upgrade or change carriers if conditions require (e.g., weight limits, carrier capacity, faster delivery, or promotional selections).

  • Once shipped, delivery timelines are governed by the carrier; we provide no delivery guarantees.


3. Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Enjoy free economy shipping on orders totaling over $100 within the continental U.S. (excluding items with flat-rate shipping).

  • Certain items may carry flat-rate shipping, clearly indicated on product pages—these do not qualify for free-shipping promotions.


4. Local Pickup

  • Select “Store Pickup” at checkout to collect your order in-store.

  • Pickup is usually ready within 2 hours, and customers are welcome to place orders in person anytime.


5. International Shipping

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Some items may be restricted from international shipment; if the system blocks checkout, please contact us directly. 

  • Orders may incur import taxes and duties, we may offer pre-payment of duties/taxes on eligible jurisdictions at checkout—and remit these on your behalf—but any additional charges remain the customer's responsibility. 


6. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update. 

  • If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at support@fabreeko.com with your name and order number. We’ll investigate promptly.

  • For any lost, damaged, or undelivered packages, contact us so we can assist with resolution.


7. Changes & Exceptions

  • Depending on item availability, weight, carrier requirements, or promotional offers, we may select alternate shipping methods for optimal delivery.
