Phaetus Rapido 2 Hotend HF & UHF V6-Compatible High-Flow

Phaetus Rapido 2 Hotend HF & UHF V6-Compatible High-Flow
Phaetus Rapido 2 Hotend HF & UHF V6-Compatible High-Flow 1.75mm
Built for high-speed, reliable extrusion, the Phaetus Rapido Hotend 2 combines an aluminum heatsink, titanium heatbreak, and a plated-copper extended heatblock to create a long, efficient melt zone. The rigid structure uses a titanium alloy support screw and ships with a plated-copper nozzle, making Rapido 2 a robust upgrade for fast printing and demanding filaments.
Two performance options: Choose HF (High Flow) or UHF (Ultra High Flow). Both are V6-nozzle compatible, and the included extension hardware lets you quick-switch between HF and UHF when you need more flow. A planar ceramic heater and serviceable, removable thermistor streamline maintenance and heat-up, so you can spend more time printing and less time tinkering.
Note: Rapido 2 and Rapido 2 Plus share the same overall form factor but differ in sensor/heater details and temperature ceilings. See variant guidance below.

Variant guidance
-
Rapido 2 (HF / UHF): PTC ceramic heater, removable 104NT-type thermistor, designed for high-flow printing; temperature ceiling of 280 C
-
Rapido 2 Plus (HF / UHF): same hotend but with a PT1000 thermistor and higher temperature ceiling of 350c UHF variant targets the highest volumetric flow.
-
Interface: V6-style nozzle compatibility across variants. Always confirm mount, thread/seat, and clearances for your specific toolhead.
Setup tips
-
After installation, PID tune and re-dial retraction/pressure advance.
-
For abrasive filaments, pair with hardened drive components and keep the filament path clean and adjust printing temperature.
