Liber™ Ultra-High-Flow Technology

At the core of the Rapido X is the new Liber™ Flow System. It shortens the distance between the heat source and the filament core, so heat transfers faster and more evenly. Even at extreme feed rates, filament melts all the way through — meaning clean layers, strong layer adhesion, and reliable extrusion even at max speed.

Heat Creep Prevention & Thermal Insulation

The Rapido X uses a purpose-built heatbreak system with a real physical thermal barrier. Titanium alloy components and a torsion-resistant design minimize heat transfer into the cooling zone, cutting down on heat creep, stringing, and clogs — even on long print jobs.
