JABBERWOCKY Toolhead and Extruder designed for filament changers

JABBERWOCKY is designed specifically to meet the high 
demands and requirements of filament changing units (FCU) and multi-material changer. The extruder is designed specifically to handle the heavy load 
and unloading of FCUs and driven by a Bond tech compound gear in an o set configuration with dual LDO non-threaded Orbiter gears.

The entire system uses a balance of torque and speed, while giving a greater amount of surface contact with the filament to keep it stable and well managed.

 The toolhead system has been designed to be consistent and reliable with maximum serviceability through a tool-free hinged extruder design.

High static pressure fans ensures that cooling is delivered where needed while the high flow Phaetus Conch hot end delivers smooth high flow with up to 35mm⁄s cubed.
