I was a little skeptical if I needed this at first. Now I'm sure to put one on every printer in the future. This has saved a couple of full plates already! It was a little difficult at first, a small learning curve, but there are Klipper macros that you can find great examples of on the internet. With those macros if the SFS detects no motion "ticks" the print is paused and nozzle parked and turned off until you come back to inspect the issue. Just now I thought I had enough filament left on the roll. A normal filament detector "switch" would not have worked because the end of the roll was bent in such a fashion that it was stuck in the reverse bowden causing the extruder gear to begin grinding. All I had to do was turn the nozzle heater back on, retract the remainder filament, load the new roll, extrude a bit to test and hit resume print. Genius product!
