Unlike our standard rails, these high-temp versions are tailored for applications requiring superior thermal Performance, featuring Metal seals and polished cast ends. Pre lubed with Krytox Gpl-226 for seamless operation right out of the box, reducing the need for initial soaking in IPA or degreaser. Simply top off with your favorite high temp grease or low temp grease via the grease port ready to go action. Class H Rails Requirements, promise consistency and excellence in every use. - Rails are Provided clean and ready for lube, an optional cleaning in IPA to remove any contaminants that may have been exposed to during the packing and shipping process. we recommend toping off with Krytox GPL 226 for high temp applications Or EP2 for normal temps, keep in mind GPL226 is not suited for normal temp operations.

Class H QC requirements:
- straightness tolerance of the guide rail is within 0.01mm per meter, and the symmetry of the R groove on both sides of the guide rail and the slider is within 0.002mm.
- The height (H) of the final assembly is less than 0.02mm.
- The total length of the guide rail and the end distance at both ends are within +/- 0.15mm. EDM precision cut
- The change in parallelism of the finished rail is less than 0.016mm per meter
note: while these have EP2 as part of the model number they are correct filled with Krytox gpl 226
