Built from 5mm solid aluminum with a 4mm Al spacer, these panels are engineered for a permanent, rock-solid enclosure. Black anodized with exterior chamfers applied post-anodization for a clean, finished look. Countersunk screws keep all hardware flush, while overlapping spacers and panels lock the frame in place — no flex, no shift.
Pre-cut, adhesive-backed aerogel insulation is included, and the whole system is designed to work together and improve rigidity while improving thermals.
