Top Tier Printing Performance

Better High-Speed Reliability & Real-Time Error Detection.
The PMSM servo extruder delivers up to 10 kg of maximum extrusion force—70% more than stepper motor—dramatically improves high-flowrate extrusion stability. Our proprietary servo architecture samples resistance and position at 20 kHz, actively detecting filament grinding and clogs in real time.
50 µm Ultra-Fine Motion Accuracy*
With its Vision Encoder, the H2C achieves a distance-independent motion accuracy of less than 50 μm—thinner than human hair. The system automatically compensates for any mechanical drift during calibration, ensuring consistent precision and peak performance over time.*
Smooth Surface, Sharp Edges
The H2C leverages both the servo motor on the extruder and the high-resolution eddy current sensors on the nozzle to sense extrusion dynamics. This enables precise extrusion control and automatic calibration of Pressure Advance (PA) parameters for each filament, resulting in smoother surfaces and cleaner, sharper edges.

OFF
Unleash The Full Potential of High-Performance Materials
The H2C's 65 °C actively heated chamber & 350°C Nozzles minimizes warping and deformation while enhancing layer adhesion for high-performance, high-temperature filaments.
Comprehensive Print Monitoring
The H2C is equipped with an array of 59 sensors* and a quad-camera computer vision system, all orchestrated by our proprietary neural algorithm. During printing, this system delivers intelligent, real-time diagnostics that can detect even the most subtle print anomalies as they happen. You don't have to be an expert to solve problems—your printer does the job for you.
AI Camera
The H2C features an AI-backed camera system. This intelligent monitoring system continuously tracks extrusion patterns, immediately detecting material accumulation, filament deviations, and extrusion failures. Also runs a pre-flight scan to ensure a safe start.

Safety, Checked!

Best-In-Class Air Filtration
The H2C's three-stage filtration system is essential for printing with engineering filaments. This powerful combination of a G3 pre-filter, an H12 HEPA filter, and a coconut shell activated carbon filter effectively minimizes the odors and harmful particulates often released by engineering materials.
Fire-Retardant Construction
The H2C's chamber is constructed entirely with flame-retardant material, providing robust, passive fire safety protection across the entire enclosure.
Flexible Network Security & Connectivity
The H2C offers convenient cloud connectivity for remote control from any device. For security-sensitive applications, it also provides full offline functionality, ensuring complete physical isolation. Users can operate the printer, send files, and update firmware without an internet connection. For advanced users, Developer Mode enables MQTT port access for integrating third-party components and software.*

FAQ

  1. What hotends are included in the H2C Combo?
The H2C AMS Combo/Laser Full Combo includes 8 hotends and 1 AMS 2 Pro: Right hotends (Induction hotends): 4 × 0.4 mm hardened steel induction hotends, of which 1 is pre-installed on the printer and 3 are included in the accessory box. The accessory box also includes 1 × 0.2 mm induction hotend and 1 × 0.6 mm induction hotend. Left hotends (Standard hotends): 2 × 0.4 mm hardened steel standard hotends, of which 1 is pre-installed and 1 is included in the accessory box.
Currently, the firmware supports mixed flow-rate printing (standard flow + high flow), but does not yet support mixing different nozzle sizes during printing. If this feature is added in the future, we will provide details through a software update.

  2. If I want full hotend-swap capability, what additional hotends do I need? How should the AMS be connected?
To fully experience the Vortek 6-hotend automatic swap system, we recommend purchasing extra AMS and Hotends which include: 3 × 0.4 mm induction hotends, 1 × 0.2 mm left hotend, 1 × 0.6 mm left hotend, 1 x AMS 2 Pro, 1 x AMS HT.
Combined with the AMS 2 Pro that comes with the H2C Combo, you will then have 2 × AMS 2 Pro + 1 × AMS HT.
To setup: Two AMS 2 Pro feed the right induction hotends; AMS HT feeds the left hotends. This gives you full 7-hotend automatic swapping with AMS support on both sides.
In addition to the above options, you can also try:
Multi-AMS Setup: Add 2 × AMS HT. All three AMS feed the right-side hotends.
Future Setup (2026): A Filament Track Switch Module will be released, allowing full 7-hotend support with only 2 AMS units, enabling free filament switching between left & right filament paths.

  3. Does the H2C support laser and blade-cutting functions?
The H2C Laser Edition supports both 10W and 40W laser modules and is also compatible with the blade-cutting module.
The non-laser H2C supports blade-cutting by default, but can be upgraded to support laser functions via an upgrade kit.

  4. Can H2S or H2D be upgraded to H2C?
Both H2D and H2S users may upgrade to H2C by installing the Vortek Upgrade Kit.
However, the upgrade process is complex and time-consuming, so users who want the Vortek experience are recommended to purchase H2C directly.
Purchasing H2S/H2D first and upgrading later will incur extra cost.
The Vortek Upgrade Kit is expected to be available in early 2026.

  5. Can H2C dual-nozzle printing be used with different nozzle sizes simultaneously?
    Not currently.
The firmware does not yet support mixing nozzle sizes (left vs. right or within Vortek hotend sets).
However, mixed nozzle types of the same size (e.g., 0.4 mm standard flow + 0.4 mm high flow) are supported.

  6. Are the H2C buildplates, calibration plates, laser platform, and blade-cutting mats compatible with H2D?
Because the Vortek hotend rack occupies additional space, the H2C print bed is slightly smaller than the H2D.
Therefore, buildplates are not interchangeable between H2C and H2D.
However, the vision calibration plates, laser platform, and blade-cutting mats are fully compatible across all H2 series models. For more details, please refer to Wiki.
