Phaetus neXt G Fiber Hotend Ultra-High-Flow, V6-Compatible 1.75 mm

Engineered for fast, reliable extrusion, the Phaetus neXt G Fiber hotend combines a rigid kinematic-coupling architecture with a long melt zone and ceramic heater to deliver high flow with stable temperatures. The design retains V6-nozzle compatibility and a footprint that matches Dragon-style mounts, making it a straightforward upgrade for many Voron and other toolhead setups.

Key features

  • High-flow melt zone designed for speed printing and consistent extrusion

  • Kinematic coupling between heater block and heatsink for rigidity and heat isolation (easier, safer nozzle swaps)

  • Ceramic heater plate for rapid, even heating and simpler service

  • V6-nozzle compatibility for wide nozzle choice and easy sourcing

  • Dragon-footprint geometry for broad toolhead compatibility

  • Abrasive-friendly build suitable for CF/GF and other filled filaments when paired with appropriate nozzles

  • Thermistor options: PT1000 available 350c max temperature

Setup tips

  • After install, PID tune and re-dial retraction/pressure advance

  • For abrasive filaments, pair with hardened or coated nozzles and keep the filament path clean
  • Heat-tighten nozzles to spec and verify thermistor type in firmware (e.g., PT1000)
