This V3 CNC-machined Sherpa Mini addresses TPU filament blockages seen in earlier versions due to motor heat. With upgraded PEEK components for improved heat isolation and reliability, it’s engineered for consistent extrusion in demanding setups. Now shipping 10-tooth Version 3.

  • PEEK (30% GF) gears: Upgraded from POM for temperature resistance, heat insulation, and wear resistance.

  • Drive system: High-quality nano-coated mold steel spur gears for smooth, durable operation.

  • Motor: Moons’ 36 (10T) for high torque with improved thermal behavior.
