The Phaetus Conch M4 EndCoat nozzle is a high-precision, wear-resistant upgrade for the Bambu Lab A1 and A1 Mini. Built for consistent extrusion and improved durability, the EndCoat surface treatment reduces friction and increases nozzle lifespan—especially when printing abrasive or high-flow materials. Designed as a direct replacement for the stock M4 nozzle, it offers stable performance, cleaner extrusion, and reliable dimensional accuracy.

• Nozzle Diameters Available: 0.20 mm, 0.40 mm, 0.60 mm, 0.80 mm. 

• Material & Coating: Hardened steel nozzle treated with EndCoat™ surface coating. 

• Coating Hardness: ~HV3300. 

• Temperature Compatibility: Up to ~500 °C for the nozzle (as per EndCoat variant). 

• Recommended Hotend Flow Rate: Up to ~30 mm³/s (for the Conch Hotend M4 variant) with standard spec. 

• Wear Life: Up to ~2.5× longer service life compared to standard hardened steel nozzles.
