Printed On Demand – Fast & Reliable

All parts are printed on demand to ensure you receive the latest version with the best quality. We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, but printing and quality control can take up to 10 days before shipping.

During peak season, this timeframe may be extended significantly. If you need something quickly, let us know—we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Latest & Greatest – Or We Make It Right

Your parts will always be the latest version available at the time of printing. If a newer version is released before you build your project, we’ll print the updated parts for free—just cover shipping.

Flat, Accurate & Clean

• Dimensional Accuracy: Your parts will be flat, dimensionally accurate, and free of major defects like elephant foot or warping.
• Surface Quality: Expect clean walls with minimal artifacts.
• Consistent Colors, No Surprises: We maintain strong color consistency across our printed parts, ensuring they match as closely as possible. While minor variations can occur between filament batches, we carefully source materials to keep differences minimal. If an exact match is critical, let us know—we’ll make sure you get the best possible result.
• Exceptions? We strive for perfection, but every now and then, a sneaky defect makes it past us. If that happens, let us know—we’ll reprint and ship it at no cost.

Ringing? Maybe. Reprinting? Absolutely.

Some parts may have minor ringing (ghosting)—we’re always improving, but physics is a stubborn thing. If it bothers you, we’ll reprint the part with adjustments until you’re happy.

Missing Parts? We’ll Make It Right – Fast!

Mistakes happen, and if your order is missing a part, we’ll reprint and ship it out within 1-3 business days or sooner at no cost to you. Just let us know, and we’ll make it right—fast.

Lifetime Defect Replacement

There’s no time limit on replacements for defective or incorrect parts. Whether it’s been a week or a year, if something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

Design Updates

• If you haven’t built your project and a new version comes out, we’ll print the updated parts for free—just pay shipping.
• Once your build is complete, any future updates will require a new order.
